Cotton Ruffled Bloomers - Variety of Colors

These bloomers are a favorite at EaGenie. They are made of striped cotton seersucker and feature three rows of ruffles, an elastic waistband, and cuffs. Medium - The elastic waistband measures 24 inches when unstretched and 40 inches when fully stretched. The leg cuff elastic measures 14 inches when unstretched and 26 inches when fully stretched.
